I can't complete Capture One
This what’s i have when I try log in

Do you have a license code to use for activation?
If not, have you purchased a license?
Or are you trialing the software?
Or are you attempting to use a camera Manufacturer specific Express version of C1?
In any of those cases you need a license/activation key that you should have received via email or can find if you log in to your account. That is what you need to enter in the boxes provided shown in your screenshot.
If you do not have a license key can you describe what you did to obtain and install the C1 software? That process might provide a clue about what to do next.

If you have purchased a subscription (and if the on-line transaction completed successfully) you should receive an email with a 16 character code.
That is the activation code you need to enter in the 4 white boxes seen in your screen shot.
Do you have a code for the subscription? Is the Activation screen rejecting the code?

How can I get the code back?

Log into your Capture One account and you should see 'Manage Licenses block. Click on that and a license page should show license info which you may to click the dropdown arrow.
