Capture One Express for Sony

When I opened my version 11.1.1.11 (after 2 years of usage), only half of the Tool Tabs are now operational.  The Quick, Color, and Details tabs are blank and useless.  So I uninstalled this version from my Windows PC and downloaded version 11.3.2.  The results are the same.... those specific Tool Tabs are still inoperative.  What is the fix?
