Artefacts observed in PS when opening a C1 generated TIFF

If I generate a TIFF from C1 14 and the then open it in PS 2021 the file has some horrible darkening artefacts in certain areas. Both files are generated and imported with Adobe RGB

The files are attached for comparison. The second file shoes the band of blocked shadow that is seen when opening the C1 file from PS

When generating the TIFF from Lightroom and then opening in PS the issue does not happen.
