How to take cap 1 off of win 7 computer onto win10
I downloaded my 2nd download of Cap 1 onto a win 7 computer and just found out that it will not recognize my computer at all. I want to get it off of that computer and put it onto a new Win 10 computer. How to do that?

You should be able to just delete it from the Windows 7 computer, and download and install it again on the Windows 10 computer. Unless it was activated on the Windows 7 computer, it shouldn't have counted towards the number of activations you are allowed. If it has in fact been activated, you can log in to your account at Capture One and deactivate it from there. (The number of activations you are allowed is not a cumulative total of all the times you have downloaded Capture One: if your licence allows two activations, that means that you can only have it installed and working on two computers at that time. You can deactivate one of those and have it on a different computer instead.)
