Capture one 21 not opening on windows 10

Installed latest version Capture one 21, opened up allowed me to activate then refuses totally to open again. Need urgent answer as away on a project and cannot process captured images. Running on laptop that has run all previous versions with no problems.
Running Windows 10  version 20H2 (OS build 19042, 1052).
I need urgent clear fix.
