Original crop is not equal with the original picture

The programe doesn't let me use the original picture and crop like this:

    The dimensions you are displaying, tells me that you are locked into 2/3 ratio:

    14.27 / 2 = 7.135 * 3 = 21.40

    Make sure you have Unconstrained or Original aspect ratio selected in the cropping tool.
