    ok. thanks. i did and they asked me to post on here. confused now :(

    Al,

    Did you follow the link in your post above? The one under the word "here" at the end of the line?

    That seems to link to the specifically provided thread for requesting camera support.

    But you are likely right that as an older camera the level of demand might be minimal and declining, therefore the costs of the assessment and derivation of the required settings probably not an economically justifiable option.

    However, no harm in asking!
