Printing Workflow to Canon Pro-300

I'm really struggling to get colors to match from my calibrated display to Canon Pro-300 when printing from Capture One.  I'm currently selecting the appropriate ICC profile for my paper in the window that comes up when I first select print from Capture One.  When I do that, I see a note to turn "off" color management in the print dialogue.  I don't see any option for that.  Color Sync and Color Matching are greyed out because I already chose the ICC profile.  

In the print dialogue, I have the option to choose "presets" which also includes the Canon Paper I'm printing on.  Do I select this or use "default settings".  I can choose print media further down....another option to choose my paper...choose it here?

I find when I'm printing at this point, the color is slightly warmer than what I am getting on screen.

I'd appreciate any help.  I've been digging around for articles and videos on the correct settings and cannot find any.
