C1pro 11 crashes at open

I have 21 for my iq160 phase and 11 for my canon.  Out of the blue now 11 won't work on either my laptop nor my desktop.  Crashes at open, sadly I have jobs that have been shot on 11 and with files that have not been process.  Getting urgent here...  Both started this on the same day and haven't been able to launch it in a full week.  I've had this system in place for many months with zero issues on both computers.  I've tried deleting both software from both computers, then reinstalling just 11, but no luck.

Laptop is mac 10.15.7 Catalina

Desktop is 11.4 Big Sur
