I paid for C1-21 Pro without the "styles"/ presets.  It didn't install on my desktop as instructed.  I can't get the paid version to work.  Any ideas? I can't get the activation cod. What to do?

    That's exactly like going to the doctor, saying "I have a symptom" and then expecting a detailed diagnosis and prognosis...

    First, you must not install the software on your desktop, but rather in your applications folder. You should double click on the .dmg, it will open the application disk, that you should drag to your applications folder. Then, usually, once you have paid, you receive your license number if you want to make the software open and work. Did you get it ?

    You can get the activation code by signing into your C1 profile. It should also have been sent to you via email, but it and all of your licensed versions of C1 can be downloaded from your profile.

    Installation is straightforward: Open the C1 disk image, drag the C1 app icon to your Applications folder, launch C1 and enter the Activation Code you obtained from your profile.

    If you've lost your profile credentials you'll need to contact C1 support.
