Can I downgrade Capture one 21 to Capture one 12
We recently bought additional licences for Capture one as we are expanding our studio. The problem is, Capture on 21 does not AF before we shoot, so we have to press a second button. This is just wide open to mistakes and ,loses us money on reshoot time (high turnover product photography studio).
Capture Pro 21 is not usable for us - Capture Pr0 12 though works absolutely fine. Is there a way we can downgrade our licence to CP12? Otherwise we will need to start using other tethered software as this crazy change is costing us so much time=money when people forget to focus for each shot.

If you already had a license for C1 12, the activation key you got with C1 21 "should" also activate C1 12. However, if you didn't already have a 12 license, you need to contact C1 directly (link in the upper right corner of this page) and ask.
Importantly, though, earlier versions can't open C1 21 catalogs, although C1 21 can upgrade older catalogs to the new (and downward incompatible) version.
Have you filed a support request about the AF problem though? It may be that something that should work isn't working for you, and Support should be able to help.
