work single license on macmini with license pro20 and in change on macbook pro m1 with upgrade pro21? Or must I deactivate Pro20 on macmini to install upgrade pro 21?

    Your Activation Code for 21 should also activate 20. Just pay attention to the total number of activtions you've done. For example, if you're authorized for two activations and already have 2 computers authorized, you can safely activate 21 on those two and 20 will work as well (I've done this). However, if you already have 2 computers activated with 20 and decide to use one of your 21 activations on a different computer you will first need to deactivate one of the other two.
