Support - actually… NO SUPPORT!!!!
Does this company EVER respond to their support tickets? I submitted the FIRST one over three weeks ago and not a DAMN peep from anyone!!!! A week after the first submission and no response I submitted a SECOND ticket… AGAIN absolutely CRICKETS for two more weeks. I haven’t BOTHERED submitted a THIRD Suport ticket because this PATHETIC support!!!! I’m about ready to demand my money back and go BACK to Adobe which the thought of is enough to make as nauseous as THIS kind of support!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Keith makes a good point, but I always get a quick response. Perhaps you are not actually submitting the ticket?

Jon,
Did you get an automated reply to your support ticket(s) together with a reference number? Delivered via email?
If not something about your ticket creation may not have worked.
You should also be able to see all of your tickets ("Requests in C1 parlance") via the "My Activities" link in the drop-down under your Community Login user name at the top of the Forum page.
There you can check if the Request was indeed created and whether there has been a response that failed to reach your email for some reason.
If the Requests are there and there has been no response then I would suggest that you reply to them yourself and ask why no one has responded to them.
It may also depend on what your request was about, as Ian has already observed.
