Add clickable arrows next to sliders for precise micro adjustments

    You know, do you, that you can put the cursor in the box showing the numerical value, and use the up and down arrows on the keyboard? (Which is not to say that your idea isn't a good one, but micro adjustments like that are already possible by a slightly different method.)

    In addition to Ian's excellent suggestion there is an "Alt" key modifier available on most sliders to extend the scale and so allow finer adjustments.

    When using the numeric value boxes and keyboard arrow input the values will usually change by the lowest possible value. If a faster change is desired the Shift Key modifier will provide a faster adjustment - typically a x10 speedup but the actual amount may be related to the adjustment type and the scale it uses.
