wooden hand grip & wooden plate bracket for Fuji X100F

Does anyone here have any experience with using a walnut wooden handgrip & plate? How durable is it? I've always liked to integrate wooden textures with vintage cameras. It gives off a very aesthetic feel. I am considering buying one from amazon, but if the quality isn't really good, I'd create one myself being experienced in woodturning. Still, I'd love to hear your experiences, & would also be interested in buying recommendations for a quality product as such. Thank you!
