Are you sure you have selected all the files, using the toggling tool (toggles between primary variant only and all variants) ?

    Chris,

Are you absolutely sure you need to change the Engine for the edits?

If they are quite old previous engine versions there may be some significant changes to the results and a batch change might not be a helpful approach, depending on how you edited the files previously and whether any of the features you used then may have been changed since.

You could check a few examples by creating a new variant for the image (it will be created using the latest processing engine) and then copy and apply the edits from the original variant to the new variant and compare the results side by side.

They are a few years old, all images from the same shoot/date, maybe V9 or 10. Only a few have any adjustments or variants. When I select any image, it displays a warning that the engine must be updated to continue, and an update button is available in the window.

    Thanks
