Open with, edit with not working

Permanently deleted user

I have Capture one 20 13.1.1

it was always working but since yesterday the open with and edit with is not going to PS anymore. it says; plugins browse

also if i try to export it says the variant cannot be processed or export failled

how can i get it back to working again

    Hi, open C1 like a administrator. I think there is a permission issue. It worked for me.

    Did you by any chance have a WIndows update after it last worked?
