Thumbnails suddenly stop appearing

I am using Capture One 21 Pro on a PC laptop. Everything was working fine for a few days. Now whenever I open a new session, and after about taking ten shot,s all the images stop showing up as thumbnails in the browser. The images are in the capture folder but I can't see them in the browser. This happens with EVERY new session I start. I also have attached a message I get occasionally.

    Are all of your sessions named "untitled" and do they always send files to the same place? 

    Do you always use the same naming convention?

    The sessions all have different names. I am always sending them to my Pictures Folder.
