Showing Wrong Preview Images

C1 is showing the wrong preview/image in the viewer while using the crop tool. It is showing a different image in the same folder. When I view at 100% it shows the correct image but when I go back down to lower zoom levels the wrong image is shown. As mentioned it is happening in the crop tool, if I back out of the crop tool it shows the correct image then I'll reopen the crop tool and it either switches over to another wrong preview or the correct preview.

I've regenerated previews of individual images as well as the entire folder. Deleted and rebuilt CaptureOne Cache & Settings folders. Turned off hardware acceleration. Updated GPU driver.  Uninstalled - reinstalled v14.3. Uninstalled - reinstalled to v14.2. The problem remains.  

I've seen that this issue has come up a few times in the past on forum posts, has anyone figured out a solution to this major annoyance? 

Is deleting the program cache and preferences folders is a thing on Windows like it is on Mac?
