Please make Return/Enter key always exit crop/rotate modes

After making cropping changes in the crop mode, you can press Return/Enter to accept the changes and exit the mode.  This is good.  However, if you haven't made any changes, pressing Return/Enter just beeps at you and does not exit cropping mode.

Please change this so that Return/Enter always exits cropping mode even if no changes are made.  Also, please allow this same shortcut for exiting rotation mode.
