Trying to add Digit Counter to watermark photos

I want to export a series of photos with a watermark that adds a number to each photo. When I go to process recipe tool and add a digit counter on the watermark tab, (I'm on capture one 20) the preview shows up as "Empty Name" I've also tried the sequence counter which just displays a 0 and when I export. All the photos have a 0.


Does anyone have any advice?

    I also have the same problem and it's really frustrating because I've not been able to do this for several versions now.
