On line web form

I have downloaded a free trial and entered the License code and it says enter a registration key on the on-line web form to obtain your activation key. But there is no on-line webform when I log in to the Capture 1 website.

This software is by far the worst I have seen in order to run a trial of the software. I cannot review the programme if there is no form to get an activation key. Also without an Email address for someone at capture 1 to help with this, I wonder if I should bother with the software where there is no support. FAQs do not help with this issue. I am sorry to ask the community when the company should have sorted this out if one could contact them !!¬
