I had this problem too but found out it was due to a program, Privacy Guardian by IOLO Tech. that was blocking necessary communication with C1 during installation. Turned it off and installation went ok.

No puedo entrar al programa desde que actualice a la ultima version (14.3), adquiri el software 14.2 hace 10-15 dias y no tenia imagenes importadas, el catalogo estaba sin imagenes, adjunto fotos de screenshots
