Healing tool bug
I am currently using your demo version and all seems fine until I tried the healing tool to remove a sensor spot. It did this perfectly, but after using all other editing functions were greyed out and not accessible.
I cant believe this is a designed feature as the only alternative is to make any healing the last operation.
The problem does not affect a new image for editing

The healing tool creates a healing layer, which is NOT an adjustment layer, so you can't use the regular editing tools on it (adjust exposure for example). It will be the selected layer once you have done your healing, but you can still edit if you go back to the Background layer, or if you create a new adjustment layer. (Or stay on the healing layer if you have more healing to do.)

User hint: do all your healing before adding other layers.

I generally find no need to do the healing first.

Hi
Thanks for the tips, I did in fact discover that the heal was on a separate layer so all is well.
I am only on my 3rd day of the trial and it was a case of RTFM, I think now a day of watching the user guides🙄0 -
Don't feel shy about asking more questions here if you need to There are also several Facebook groups that can offer help.

Ian, generally yes but problems are possible:

Don't forget that there is still a dedicated Spot tool available that is NOT layer-based and may be easier to deploy if you have a large number of images all requiring the same correction.
