Export of Olympus EM1 mark III image scrambled

I've just been trying to export an image from the new version of capture One (14.3) having updated yesterday, exporting as a JPEG for web use.  The resulting JPEG image is completely scrambled and unrecognisable.  An image exported in the same way from a Canon 1DX seems OK.  Any ideas what had gone wrong here - is it a bug?  Anyone else seen this?
