Make browser thumbnail size save with Workspace

I use several different custom workspaces for various purposes. With each one I prefer smaller or larger thumbnail sizes in the browser, but I have to move the slider after selecting the workspace because currently the thumbail size is not one of the workspace saved parameters.

    Is this a V21 problem?

    Have you previously used V20 (or earlier)?

    Are you using Windows or Mac?

     

    I'm running V20 and see no problem saving and re-using a workspace with amended zoom level for the browser and thumbnails.

    Also, if I close a window (using a session)  with a personalised Workspace also further adjusted for zoom levels when last used, the session re-opens with previous Workspace and the Last Used zoom values.

    That said I could see some potential for anomalies depending on whether you are using a Grid View or List Mode an also what size of UI Window you have operationally to display the browser. (That can influence the Zoom level achievable.)

    If it is something that used to work for you in V20 but does not work in V21 AND if recreating the Workspace in V21 does not fix it, then you should use the "Submit a request" option and create a Support Case to report the problem.

    This has never worked for me with workspaces in v12, 13/20, 14/21 (Windows).

    So you're saying that you could save a copy of your customised workspace, and in one of those have the thumbnails at say the smallest size, and in the copy workspace re-save it with thumbnails at the largest size, and when you switch back and forth between the two otherwise identical workspaces, the thumbnail image size do change in response to loading the workspace?
