Images/Captures no longer in my session
Hi everyone.
So recently I shot tethered to a capture 1 sessions and had all my photos within said session. I decided to move the entire capture folder (including the trash, output etc. folders). However, when I opened the session file, there were no images. The capture folder was also empty. The only thing remaining were COS files.
Would anyone know what the problem could be? I've tried searching every folder but no luck.

It is unclear to me what you want to do. If you want to move a session, you move the session's main folder with the sessionname.cosessiondb file and folders capture, selects, output and trash inside.
Disclaimer: I use Capture One Pro v20 and I know nothing about the current v21.
C1 looks for images in the Capture folder, it does not consider Capture sub folders. If you moved Capture/imagefile to Capture/newfolder/imagefile, you can navigate to newfolder (in System folders) and make it a session favorite. The session should then find the images in Session Albums-> All Images as that album includes favorite folders.
The 4 listed folders (Capture, Selects, Output and Trash) are virtual folders or "links" that point to real folders on disk. You may see it as a coincidence that C1 creates 4 real folders by the same names on disk and links to them. By default the Capture link points to session-main-folder/Capture, likewise for the other 3 session folders. You can navigate to the new image folder in System Folders, right click and click Set as Capture Folder to make Capture point to that folder instead of the default session-main-folder/Capture.

Where did you move the folder to? Somewhere o the same drive? Another drive on the same system? A completely different drive not within the system?
How did you move it?
Are you sure the copy/move had completed?
It would be unusual for an original set of folders and files to be deleted during a Move activity if the entire copy process that would precede the delete had not been completed successfully. (Unless the system was suffering from some non-obvious technical issues of some sort. Even then to lose so much data would be extremely unusual.)

I shot a job. Created a new session. It was open in capture one and then suddenly it is GONE. JUST POOF! GONE. When I open capture one with the external drive i shot it to connected and click on open recent the session does not come up. When I attach a different HD and click on open recent the session appears however when I click to open it I get an accurate alert that the volume cannot be loaded. WHERE ARE THE IMAGES????????
