Canon connection

Permanently deleted user

I have a new Mac Book Pro on macOs Monterey. Capture One cannot connect to my Canon 1DX MkII for some reason . 

I have tried Capture one 21 and 22. 

Does anybody have any suggestions.

    You mention a new machine and so presumably new C1 installations.

    First step is a basic check  - is the tick box for Canon ticked in the Preferences > Capture tab?

    Hi , yes Canon is ticked. I have installed Capture 21.

    thanks for the feed back , all good . it was the canon firmware that needed ungraded.
