Untether my camera
Help please, I'm new here . . . When I connected my canon 5d3 to my mac with capture one running, so I could upload jpegs (like I did in Lightroom) , capture one asked if i wanted to register my camera. I didn't know what that meant, and I said yes (stupid me). Now the menus on my camera seem to be corrupt (some have disappeared), it's like Capture One has taken over my camera. I can't reset my camera because that menu (Setup 4) has disappeared on the 5d3. Under the Camera tab in C1, I can't find anyway to unteteher it, or disconnect it, or whatever you call it. I want my camera back, so how do I do that? I will never have any reason to "tether" my camera, I shoot outdoors.

Don't have a 5D3. My 7D is untethered whenever I power down the camera and remove the USB cable.
Also, I do not use the USB connection to transfer images from camera to computer. It's too slow. That could be my 7D. Perhaps the 5D3 is faster. I use a USB3 card reader. Much, much faster.
