    Perpetual license?  Then log into your account and look for the personalized upgrade options you will have available.

     

    Subscription?

    As far as I know you would cancel one subscription and start another. 

    There are FAQ articles referenced on the community pages that cover the question. Or you can use the "Submit a request" option at the top of the page here, chose the most appropriate request category for your question, and ask Capture One directly.
