    I do not see the same problem on my Windows machine.

    The full picture image from your screen capture only shows for 14.3 and then 14.2 if I select the "Previous version" option.

    If I then scroll down from there to get to the links for V20  I just see the links for Windows, Mac and System requirements. No images, just the links.

    Clicking on any of those (Using Windows Edge browser in my case) just asks me what I want to do with the file and appears to offer the correct file name according to the information box.

    What you are seeing looks odd. I wonder if clearing the browser cache on your system might give a different result? Or, perhaps, just ignore the "Previous Version" screen's link in this case and scroll down to get to the links you really need to see.

    @SAF

    That's very interesting. I have used Firefox. The browser cache is a good hint. A couple of minutes ago I have tried it with the Brave browser and it worked without any issues, the same way you described it. After that I tried it with Firefox again (without clearing the browser cache) and surprise, surprise, it worked too.I have no logical explanation for that, except PhaseOne had temporary server issues.

    Thank you for your support.
