Capture one 21 upgrade fees?
I am currently using a perpetual license for capture one 20 for Nikon. I was looking to upgrade to capture one 21 and just couldn't understand the pricing. Apparently buying a new license is 50% cheaper than upgrading from 20 to 21. I just don't understand what's happening.

Your enquiry via the account will try to offer all possible UPGRADE related options that are available to you.
It may include options that also make offers for Style Packs if they are purchased at the same time as the upgrade. If you do not want the Style Packs or already have them, ignore the offer.
You should be able to see a basic upgrade price with nothing added. IN your case you will probably see a price for the Nikon version upgrade and another option to upgrade to the full, any camera, Pro version.
The Nikon-only price is likely lower than the "all camera" price.
Ther will probably be an offer of a Subscription price and that may appear very attractive if paid Annually.
Be aware that the wording for the subscription offer (when I last looked at it a few weeks ago) indicated that starting a subscription would cancel a perpetual license entirely. Therefore if one opts for an "upgrade" to a subscription the perpetual license you previously had is removed. In perpetuity, so far as I could tell.
You may need to be careful that are comparing like for like. The costs shown on the website do not (usually) include any calculations that take into account and special reduction offers that may be available to you.

Thanks for reverting back. I am still unable to understand the price difference. I am looking for a capture one for Nikon 21 license (no styles included) and still get a huge price difference between buying a new one and upgrading the current one. I am attaching screenshots for your reference.
