EIP files not including ICC profile

Hi,

when shared my edited images with my editor (as EIP or without EIP, doesn't matter) or just exporting from catalog to sessions, the ICC profile is not applied into the images. It forgets to apply the ICC although it is available in the same machine.

That seems to be a bug in Capture One and makes sharing my EIP files with my editor almost impossible.

I have had this issue now for months and after reaching out in FB and here, have no solution so far.

    Looking for the solution. Sharing my work with external editor is currently not possible with Capture One.

    Are your other edits being included in the EIP output?

    I do see all the other edits but the ICC is not included. Even if move the session within my computer (lets say from Catalog to Session with EIP files), the ICC profiles are ignored.

    OK. YOu mention reaching out on Facebook and in this forum.

    Neither of those options are official sources of managed technical support activity.

    For that you need to create a Support Case with a reference number and an email track of all activities.

    If you have not already done so I would suggest you use the "Submit a request" link and register your support request to the official technical support system.

    It may be worth reading this guidance document from the Capture One Support landing page before adding the Support Request.
