Upgraded CO20 to CO22 not showing on License management page
I have two licenses for CO, I upgraded my CO20 license to CO22 but am keeping my other CO21 license. I was able to active two instances of CO22 but the third is failing. I went to the license management page and the CO22 license isn't showing (although the upgrade shows in my orders). I noticed there were two activations still recorded on CO20 (although I thought all were deactivated). I have reset them (deactivated all CO20 activations) but it seems I am still unable to activate my third device for CO22. Please let me know how to correct this.

Was the CO21 licence a new full purchase or an upgrade from CO20?
