Drop and Drag Directly from Photo Mechanic to Capture one not recognizing star ratings or color labels

Good Afternoon,

I am having trouble with C1-22.  I used to drag and drop photos from PM and it would recognize my crops my star ratings and my color labels.  I have preferences set in PM for Capture one color coding system.  

The import now takes all the photos not just selected and gives them all the same rating and no cropping.  

What am I missing on the preferences or set up to get back to where I was?  Had my workflow going great.....HELP

    I did change the preferences in PM to those of capture one.  What do you mean sync metadata in CO1, don't think this has been done.
