CO Live: allow to switch off rating options

Hi,

 

Ideally, CO Live would offer the option to switch off/on either the remote color rating, or the remote start rating, or both.

E.g. I am using the color coding for internal processes only (using it to indicate status of processing). And by allowing clients to touch they might jeopardize my logic by accidentally changing.
