Edit with Affinity photo not working

I've just updated my Affinity Photo to the latest version 1.10 and the Edit with...Affinity Photo in C1 doesn't work now.
Open with...Affinity Photo still works OK.
Anyone else got this problem ?

    Edit with works for me.  However, I'd first launched Affinity Photo to verify that I was using Version 1.10.   I've noticed that Affinity Photo is quite slow to launch, taking many seconds before even the splash screen is displayed.  I wonder if that has something to do with it.

    Since I'd just upgraded my AP, I also gave it a go. It also works fine here.

    Mine seems to have fixed itself.
    I restarted my IMac reset the image I was trying to edit in Affinity and it opens OK with the Edit With command now.

    I have the same issue using CaptureOne Express for Fujifilm and Affinity Photo 1.10. "Open With" works just fine, "Edit With" does nothing. Restarting the computer and resetting the image adjustments did not work. This really breaks my workflow. Any advice?

    EDIT:

    The same also happens with Pixelmator, so I think it is independent of the actual app. What I see is that CaptureOne opens the "Edit Variant" dialog, but an actual variant then is never created. The previous version would create a TIFF file which was then opened in Affinity.

    Same issue here with Fujifilm Express. Edit with does nothing if I select either Photoshop 21 or Luminar 4.

    If I select 'Other...' and navigate to the application, C1 crashes
