Colors and contrast are off after exporting to PSD - Photoshop

Its seems to be an known unresolved problem. 

I show raw, camera set to RGB, import in capture one, do some edits, then export and open in Photoshop in PSD format (RGB) to do some fine edits. 

It all looks fine in Photoshop, but back in Capture One it looks completely awful. 

Its not just the thumbnail/working image in Capture One. Also the exported jpg looks crap. 

I attached the crappy one from Capture One, and the good one exported with Photoshop. 

Important, when exporting from C1 to Photoshop in TIFF format, its all good. 

Whats wrong?

Can it be custom settings in C1, that dopant work with Photoshop? 

Eg, I have preferences for Level tools set to "red, green, blue" instead og RGB, because otherwise auto levels doesn't work well for fast adjustments of color film.
