Capture 21 not recognizing my Canon 5DM4?

Trying to set up for tethered shooting with my 5DM4 to my newly downloaded Capture one 21 on my Macbook OS 11.2.2 (Big Sur) and I keep getting a "camera error" message and the camera won't launch on the Capture one software, can anyone help me with this?  This is very frustrating...
