Capture 21 Process Recipe token issues

Hi. I'm running C21 14.2 on a Retina 15inch Mid 2015 MacBook Pro running OS 10.14.6. I'm having a problem running a process recipe in C 21, but it works just fine in C 20 and C12 on my computer. So its a bit odd.

I want to batch process out images to my output folder so that they can be within their original folder names. To do this, I chose the "Image Folder Name" in Process Recipe under the Sub Folder section. This works for me in Capture 12 with no issues, but it does not work for me in Capture 21. I've trashed the preference file. I've rebuilt my entire computer with a fresh install of everything included a new Capture 21. Nothing can solve this problem. Can you help me out?

I've troubled shooter this problem with a few professionals who use the software and no one can solve the issue. I wonder if maybe it's a flaw in the software and the version of my OS?
