Live view zoom

I am running a C1 on MacPro desktop and 32inch monitor. When using the overlay on Live, if I zoom in the overlay position will change and not follow in register with the zoom, so I can only have the overlay functional in live at its "fit" to view position. I have tested on BenQ 32 4K and also on iMac 32 4k Apparently it is a known issue but 2 years later it remains unresolved-anyone else have this issue? Does it on all cameras, so more likely a C1 to screen issue.
