What is going on with the subscription service. I was charged the full annual price twice in one week.
I was charged over $400 for one week! What is going on? I started an annual subscription a week ago and I was just charged another full annual subscription today. I canceled the second subscription, and instead of giving a full year, Capture One giving me one more week. For over $400!!! Very annoying and strange.
