Which version do you use ? Is it a "brand" version, i.e. for Sony, Nikon, Fuji ? Or a full Pro one ?

It is the Full Pro Version.

And which version do you come from (21 or 22) ?

    22. It was just the actual update. Worked fine until here.

Mmmhhh !! Sorry, I can't help you. I would suggest to ask the commercial staff (top right corner of this page "sublit a request").

As a workaround until they reply, maybe you could apply for a trial version license key via your captureone account and activate your current installation with this key. this would give you 30 days with full functionality.

Thank you. That´s the way I solved it for the moment.

    Hi

I'm finding exactly the same. I ungraded last night and it told my licence wasn't valid, I'm on a Mac M1 Max using the latest software. It locked me out so I've gone back to the previous version which seems fine.

Another unhappy Mac/Sony shooter here. Can't even get to any license screen. The app greets me with a welcome screen, which forwards me to a web page that merely tells me that I was logged in and can now close the window. Closing the window does just that. The application "welcome screen" still hangs there. I don't feel welcome. The only other option to get out of that is the close button, which terminates the application. At least downgrading to 15.0 worked...

I have the same problem after updating to 15.1.0 on a Mac M1 laptop my license code is invalid. Worked fine on version 15(Capture One 22) The website says my subscription is still valid, it's just the software that has the problem with the activation.

Since Friday it works. I received a mail with notice of payment for the second time (payment was done in January). I just tried it again with 15.1.0 and it did work. Before that I downgraded to 15.0. and the „invalid“ key worked.
By the way - the CaptureOne Support was a full catastrophy. Slow, no solutions. I had to ask for multiple times to receive a short, disappointing
answer. And in the end, after they seemed to have corrected their license server - no information about this. Very, very unprofessional!
