Exposure warning clipping below the selected level

With exposure clipping set to 255 it actually starts clipping around 225.

Looks like a bug to me. Levels are untouched.

anyone?

    With exposure warning in preferences set to 255 it shows you the red warning around 225? Can you post a cropped screenshot in 100%?

    Edit: With color readouts.

    I left the mouse on the nose, when browsing throught the red clipping area the max readout I got was 230

    The warning appears already if one color channel hits the limit (and I see 252 already for red). Maybe zoom in more and use a color picker.

    I have set it to 255 for this test (usually it is 254) and I see red channel 254 is warning me already, red channel 253 is not:

    (white sun, the red is the warning, v22, Windows)

    I see, I thought that, for clipping pursposes. only the last amount from the redout was taken into consideration.
