STUMPED! Delay between tethered captures, drive mode icon disappears for a few seconds?
Hi All, I am completely stumped. When shooting tethered, after I capture an image (either by pushing the shutter button on the camera or in Capture One, the drive mode icon (rectangular empty box in the lower left bottom of the camera settings tab) disappears as soon as I take a shot and takes a few seconds to reappear. I cannot change shutter speed, aperture or ISO until the drive mode icon has reappeared. It is gone for a good 5 full seconds. This makes bracketing very slow and difficult due to the full 5 second delay between exposures. I have a Sony A7R III, a brand new MacBook Pro 2021, Capture One 21 - only thing I haven't tried yet is a new tether cord. Any ideas of what could be going on? Thank you so much for any help!

Finally solved my own problem - on the Sony it will not let you change any of the camera settings if your auto review is on. So there was a 5 second delay since it was set to review for 5 seconds. When I changed to "auto review - off" the delay went away.
