Canon 5d mkIV wird nicht erkannt

hallo!
ich habe 2 rechner - mac mini und ein neues macbook pro M1.
am mini ist OS 10.14.1 - am pro 12.1 und jeweils capture one 22 installiert.
am mini kann eine verbindung zur 5d hergestellt werden - am pro leider nicht!?
woran könnte das liegen??? es kommt eine fehlermeldung - siehe screenshot...

  Hi,

  do you have the latest firmware installed on your 5D mark IV (version 1.3.3)? Canon released an update last year especially to tackle some issues with USB 3.0 connectivity.

  the firmwareupdate did it and the conection works very well!
