Downloading doesn't work on captureone dot com

Hello,

I am trying to download Capture One, however nothing happens, it just tells that Download should start automatically and then nothing happens. I think it would be good to add a manual download link just in case the automated system fails, which seem to be true lately.
I  am also unable to receive my software key. Is the Sony and CaptureOne partnership no longer valid?

I am using a Linux operating system for my internet related ventures, but that shouldn't make a problem for me to download files and do other things online. Please repair the broken system.
