Cannot move image from folder to folder

    it seems to be a general problem with heif/heic-Files. I filed a ticket with them but haven't heard back. Other file types work fine but these do not. I suppose there are using some background process for generating the proxy, but that process is still holding on to the file. Therefore it cannot be copied. Very annoying...

    I also filed one, a while back. It is still open. I heard back from Capture One. They received from me example heif files.  Mine are generated by Samsung Galaxy A71. My impression is that the horizontal images display in C1, but the vertical does not. Some display distorted as a horizontal image, blurred. When I rotate such an image, it does not really rotate, but displays than as a vertical image, albeit still blurred. No export of such image is possible.  Paradoxically, Irfranview, the popular free image program, does not have any issues with heif images from Galaxy A71!
