Difficulties with thethering

Have constant difficulties with the thetering, very dissapointing, and embarrasing when with clients.. 

Gives bussy on my camera's... when restarting it works for a while.. tried several cameras.. so it must be the system of Capture One. also a complaint about the cropping tool.. better do it in photoshop.. the quality is also soooo very different when I transfered the pictures to Photoshop.. much better.. how is this... to solve?? 

tried and tried.. No upgrades for me in the meantime. grz Vicky

    And, where is a emailadres.. when you need one, searched all over.. no personal contact for problems???
