Focus Mask - Canon 5D Mark III w/ Capture One 21

Hi there, 

I have an e-comm client tomorrow and really need some help as I can't get the focus mask to work when shooting with my Canon 5D Mark III. It's worked for me before, so not sure what I'm doing wrong.

I have the camera set to RAW as I know that's what you need for the focus mask to work, but nothing is coming up. The CR2 files are RAW, right? I'm so bad with the tech side of photography so any help is super appreciated!
